Bold City Bicentennial: Progress & Perseverance through 200 Years of Jacksonville History

MOSH’s mission is “to inspire the joy of lifelong learning by bringing to life the sciences and regional history.” This project intends to bring to life Jacksonville’s collective historical experience, using natural science, culture, and technological innovation as lenses to reflect on the flashpoints of change and development that have shaped the city over time. In addition to sections focused on Natural History, Cultural History and Innovation, programs and events will occur throughout 2022 in collaboration with local partners.
